After 3 YEARS of cleaning for the super LAZY employees (NOT all of them, but they know who they are) and the clients who don't care about the place at all... deficate all over the toilet and surrounding areas and urinate all over like it's a park bathroom... spit all over the mirrors, spit on the floor mucus and gum.....(dont worry i have photos...) they REFUSE to pay me my final paycheck. The new "REINVISION" people that partnered with optimum.. it's unfortunate after 3 years that this is the thank you for your services that I get.. Until I got sick I was VERY dependable and took care of the cleaning to the best of my abilities.. always bringing my own supplies and vacuums to keep things tidy.. With such a small amount of money owed to me ($250) it shouldn't be such an issue with such a "reputable company".

They corrected the name on her room's door on the third day she was there. Her medical diagnosis and paperwork were incorrect, and they gave her several diagnoses that are incorrect. The meals were as upsetting as the setting, she was served a frozen waffle that someone had forgotten to toast. They would not give her the medication she was already prescribed when she arrived. She chose this location based on the proximity of a family member who didn't really visit anyway. My mom felt the people who work there were very kind, and were doing the best they could. It would've been better for Mom to stay within her medical network. If given the chance again, she would've chosen a Lee Health facility.
