I will fully admit I understand that this is a beauty store and that they specialize in mostly…read morebeauty care not makeup. however a friend and I went into the store today looking for a particular makeup item we fully understood that they may not have the item andumb as this was currently our third or fourth makeup store of the day. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We went in looked around for a little bit before an associate came up and asked us if we needed any help we asked for our particular makeup item and she went to go ask What I am assuming was a supervisor or even a manager of the store if they remotely sold said product. Again what I am assuming was some type of manager or supervisor was currently helping another customer and her small child. After being asked the question by the other associate she loudly blurred sound for everyone in the store to hear "oh God no" in a rather condescending and rude tone like she was appalled at the mere suggestion that they would carry a product like that. Now quite frankly I don't inherently care that she swore by taking the Lord's name in vain but the fact that she did so in front of a small child in my opinion is kind of rude and the fact that she swore in front of what was going to be several paying customers not just my friend and me, Leaves a fairly bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if she thought my friend and I looked poor, if it was that she didn't like how we were dressed, thought we looked LGBTQAI+, If we looked like the type of customer she didn't want to service or what but the fact of the matter is she made us feel very unwelcome and like we were beneath her between her tone and what she said. We were looking for a product that was similar to something a different makeup brand cells for $45 because unfortunately the only place that sells that particular make up brand in store is nearly a 1/2 hour drive And it would have been closed by the time we arrived. We were already out in that location. So we'd already planned on spending in my opinion of fair penny on makeup. Her clerk was at least polite and helpful but after how rude she was I don't plan on coming back and plan on making it crystal clear to everyone I know how rude and horrid that woman was.

I don't take much time to do my hair and when I do, I want it to be very simple. I was greeted right when I walked in and was given an iPad for a questionnaire since this was my first time there. After I finished in my questionnaire they asked if I wanted any refreshments. I was really impressed with this place and the whole establishment. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. My hair stylish asked me what I wanted to do and I just told her to cut a lot off and give me something very low maintenance. She was so helpful and had a lot of insight on the cut and the styling afterwords to ensure my routine wouldn't be extended in the morning.
