My mother recommended him to me and couldn't quit raving how wonderful he was, boasting that there are people who drive from other towns just to be treated by him. After I met him I could see why. He actually listens to what you have to say, and makes the interaction with him pleasant and welcoming. After so many doctors being curt, rude or just plain dismissive, this was a revelation to me. He's also thorough, but doesn't put you through a litany of expensive tests you may not need. I've been suffering with back trouble for years and he was the first one to tell me I have bone spurs on the spine - some doctors wouldn't even *talk* to me without my having an MRI first. He works with you to find solutions that best fit your circumstances, and restored my faith in doctors. Possibly my favorite (and most trusted) physician ever.

This inconsistency in hours creates unnecessary frustration for patients. Update: When I finally received a callback to schedule my medication refill (with only four days of medication left), the appointment was unfortunately booked for the wrong date--over two weeks later than needed. This delay will cause me to go more than a week without my medication. Greater attention to detail and awareness of time-sensitive medication needs would greatly improve the patient experience.

I explained the situation, she then was saying well he doesn't look sick? I then said well he has been sick for 4 days etc. He was not asking for pain meds he was asking for antibiotics because he was afraid he was making people sick at his school. She refused, she stated "well we can run test but the won't be back for 3-5 days. Then walked out? We have never had a bad experience but I hope to not have her again.
