My mother recommended him to me and couldn't quit raving how wonderful he was, boasting that there are people who drive from other towns just to be treated by him. After I met him I could see why. He actually listens to what you have to say, and makes the interaction with him pleasant and welcoming. After so many doctors being curt, rude or just plain dismissive, this was a revelation to me. He's also thorough, but doesn't put you through a litany of expensive tests you may not need. I've been suffering with back trouble for years and he was the first one to tell me I have bone spurs on the spine - some doctors wouldn't even *talk* to me without my having an MRI first. He works with you to find solutions that best fit your circumstances, and restored my faith in doctors. Possibly my favorite (and most trusted) physician ever.

The ladies at the reception desk are quite rude with their tone, and how the present themselves, as if they hate their job. And then most of the time when I go in there to get something checked they don't tell me anything useful that I don't already know, and they don't help with what I could do to better my situation.
