The office told my uncle he was at end stage 5 kidney failure but never called him to follow-up or to establish a plan of action. It's heartbreaking. Im also in the healthcare field and this is absolutely unacceptable. You don't take an oath to take care of your patients and then repeatedly drop the ball across the board. Incredibly disappointing.
