The paperwork was quick and easy, and the whole crew was super professional and friendly. The lady at the front moved with serious swiftness -- she had me sorted before I could even finish feeling sorry for myself. Once back, the nurse listened to me thoroughly and the doctor actually took the time to figure out what was going on. I felt genuinely taken care of with real quality, like they were legit invested in getting this traveler back on his feet. Whole staff killed it. 10/10, would get sick here again (but hopefully I won't have to).

(I had mentioned I had asthma, she then asked if I had asthma.) She looked in my ears and throat and and eye and said that I had allergies but maybe picked up something viral? Or maybe something bacterial? (Literally, she was saying it could be viral or bacterial or allergies- but she honestly didn't know) and then prescribed me amoxicillin. Brandy immediately started accusing us of having fleas or bed bugs, thus the reason for the pustules. Started using some really undermining language such as "I don't know what to tell you honey, she's being bit by something." Proceeded to think she knew my entire work and childcare schedule and thus that these "bites" were 100% coming from being with Grandma since she had them too. She didn't even do any sort of assessment on said rash. She looked at two spots on her chest, and I guess was all knowing. Had it figured out. I've worked in healthcare for nearly a decade. I've never felt so talked down to, undermined and uninvolved in the healthcare of my own child. I will NEVER return to this clinic, just on the off chance I have to deal with this woman again. Fast forward to different doc office... my daughter had folliculitis. Tested positive for staph, probably from swimming this summer. So did Grandma. Needed antibiotics and cream.
