This will be my longest review because there is so much to say!!! If you are like me and not…read moreconvinced you need this in your life... YOU DO!!!!! A few years ago, I saw many of these IV places popping up in Orlando. Honestly, I was skeptical of the value or real need for these places. I didn't know enough about them or really care to learn. Fast forward until last year, I got the flu BAD. Within 24 hours I was taken to the emergency room almost incoherent. The nurse starting me on an IV drip. Apx 2 hours later, I could hold my head up and think straight. Upon arrival to ER, I honestly felt like I might die. I've never been so weak or scared for my life! I thought the IV concept must have legitimacy the next time I saw the store. I absolutely hate needles so it was not something I considered for myself. I did think if I ever felt sick again - MAYBE I might try it... basically if I was desperate. I've seen people coming out of that location every time I go to the grocery store next door to it for a couple of years now. There must be many people benefiting from it - obviously people who don't have an irrational fear of needles lol I've been gaining weight the last few months ( on top of the quarantine 15 I never lost ). I've been researching different options but keep telling myself I will start a diet -- tomorrow... I was on my way in to the grocery store next to the IV place yesterday when I saw they had a sign out saying they were offering medical weight loss. I went in to see what this whole drip thing really is and get info on the diet drugs. Walking in feels very clean and comfortable. The receptionist ( Eva I believe) was an absolute doll. Not pushy about anything and knew all the questions except for a few regarding the weight loss - but she looked them up. I appreciated her not just saying something that sounded good and really making sure she was being responsible. That gave me so much confidence in the location. One of the questions is height and weight to see if you qualify for the weight loss program. Here is where my concerns for my weight go to ABSOLUTE horror! I'm 5.7 with a medium build. At my heaviest - pregnant with a 10 pound baby I was 174... I thought I "probably" was around that. NOPE - I'm 186. I'm roughly 40 -45 pounds overweight. I wanted to cry. How did I let this happen to myself? That's a rhetorical question because I know exactly how it happened. Quarantine 15, followed by menopause, followed by drinking too much alcohol - eating too much - and not working out at all - not prioritizing my own health - eating on the run working too much - eating while watching social media or TV or eating too late etc, but mostly just making excuses... lame and lazy excuses... I've been looking at the diet plan costs and told myself the drugs are dangerous and expensive - again another lame excuse being 40 pounds overweight is dangerous now and the copays for the diabetes I might have later will be more expensive than the program now. I got all the information from the receptionist and went home and did my homework. I decided enough is enough. I called and made an appointment for later in the afternoon to be cleared by the doctor. That was a quick call just to be sure of family health and see if I had any questions or concerns. I scheduled to go in for blood this morning after fasting last night. The pin prick was fast to test the blood. Childbearing age women need a urine test to determine if they are pregnant before you can get the medication. Now... I told myself stop being a baby and do the weight loss IV Drip to kickstart the process. I did! Eric the nurse was an angel and did his best to be so patient with me during the IV start. Once you get the IV port in - you go to the amazing massage chair that rocks and squeezes you into bliss while your IV drips. At the end, I chose to get an injection to further boost my weight loss journey. That hurt for the split second but my pain tolerance is a zero so for normal people they probably won't even feel it!!! STOP making excuses and check this place out. The diet plan is for a mini of 12 weeks. They explained the expectations and how it works clearly. I don't have any false expectations that I will be a size zero tomorrow. I do know that it took me a few years to gain this weight and now I will do my part to get rid of it. I can't say enough good things about this location and the staff. I NOW, 100% believe the theory behind the drip and will be looking into getting more of them in the future. I felt fantastic leaving today. I will update this when I go next week with my weight. I hope you read this and think before you make your next excuse to not prioritize your health. Thanks!!

I regret wasting my time and membership here. The front staff, kind and friendly, no problems with front desk. The location has some issues such as they don't allow same day cancellation. The issue came when I booked an appointment for both myself and my spouse, however one of the appointments the therapist was not available so they canceled one appointment and kept the other one. They told us they had a one day cancellation policy and we had to take another therapist if we wanted to be able to receive two massage at the same time, otherwise we would have to pay the cancellation fee for the appointment. Next issue, the location is under construction, the AC was not working. The therapist had fans running in both appointment rooms not to mention floor boards were exposed in the waiting room and hallways that were unfinished. The therapist I had Elena had a lot to be desired. She cut the 50 minutes short. It was not the 50 minutes I used my credit for and the pressure was not hard enough even though I had asked for harder. Not to mention this was the first time a ME therapist didn't wait for me at the end and offer a cup of water. Her exact reply"have a good night" without offering a bathroom or water. Would not recommend this location next time I'm in town which is twice a year from California. In CA the location has better therapists and better location standards.

We did the water massage which was great, highly reccomend if you have any chronic pain. It helped a lot with my legs because they cramp very easily and it pushed out some muscle tenderness there. The O2 treatment... it was an experience. It was fun to try something new, sure but I wouldn't pay for it again. First of all, my friends O2 nose inhaler was not put on correctly so he wasn't inhaling anything the whole time and it was a bit dissapointing; but how was he supposed to know? It was put on him wrong- I think they should check better honestly because it gave him a bad look on the whole thing basically saying it was nothing. I had mine in correctly because I ended up fixing it, it really just was air going in your nose- if you really do need the O2 treatment; get it but if not ... you'll be fine without it. Better off with just the water massage. Besides that, the staff is super sweet and very nice. She was very kind and showed us all the products and taught us about everything.

1 Star - Deceptive marketing and awful experience…read more I had a terrible experience at Bloom Aesthetics in Dr. Phillips and would strongly advise others to stay away. You cannot even make an appointment without paying a fee, which already felt questionable--but I paid it anyway. I then drove over an hour in traffic because their marketing clearly advertises Botox. That turned out to be deceptive and misleading. Once I arrived, I was told they do not actually use Botox, but instead inject a knockoff product. Not only that, they over-injected me, using double the amount I normally receive, and charged me twice as much. The result? My eye started twitching, my eyelid drooped, and my entire brow has fallen. I look awful. I drove another hour back two weeks later because they said they could "fix" it. When I arrived, they suddenly changed their story and told me there was nothing they could do and that I just had to wait for it to wear off--which could take 3 to 6 months. Completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund and was flat-out refused. Because of the deceptive marketing and refusal to take responsibility, I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General for deceptive marketing practices and also disputed the charges with American Express. I genuinely regret ever coming here. Do not go here.

I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. A deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance after appointment.

They ask you to arrive 20 minutes early, but there's no reason to: no tour, no walkthrough of the services, no robe, no changing room offered, no one even pointed out the restroom. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.

I've gone to couture med spa for several years with excellent service and staff. It was amazing. As…read moreof late, there's been a mass exodus of amazing longstanding staff that were more like family. Sadly, any location is now booked 1-2 months in advance. Ridiculous. Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. She should've been embarrassed. And I do believe she was in front of her coworkers and thus leading to the call cancelling my membership. She couldn't do math or keep up. Her responsibility's there should be on the lines of sweeping floors. Not finance and problem solving. .It was great. Competent people are awesome to work with. After I got my issue resolved I left. Karina then calls to tell me she's cancelled my membership (thank you! You beat me to it. I don't tolerate Incompetence) then your email was poorly written to try and hurt me? Oh no, I'm sharing it on every review site, BBB and Florida Health Board and Artorney General. I've attached a screenshot for the world to see. I want everyone to read it so they know to NEVER BANK any products with ANY COUTURE MED SPA. See? Your ignorance killed even more business. Congratulations!!!! You must have gotten your MBA from a crackerjack box Please see the photo of the email they sent me. Do NOT bank product they send to you. They will keep it and not refund it. I've also shared the photo with other med spas so they can warn their clients in the event they wanted to go to couture as well as my review.
