Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes. Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.

I informed him that they had installed my neighbor's windows with no problem. He told me that he would get back to me shortly with the estimate. It never came. I called them about a week later and told him that several other companies have installed in our development. His reply was "Why don't you just call them." I was shocked. They strung us along for about 3 weeks. They passed on an over $40,000 job. Suffice to say, we went with another company which was simply terrific. Our windows are perfect and there was NO problem with Palm Beach County permits. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

After all the time and money our main unit stopped working. when we had another service come to assist b\c our annual service couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from AND why the unit stopped working- the new company shared photos of the rooftop unit that had been more than neglected. The fan of the unit was literally hanging off. Tried to work with magment to resolve the issue and although Judah was professional, he didn't want to hear that it was thier problem at all. Am i an HVAC professional - nope, but i do know even when i have my home vendor come for my twice a year check ups, they tell me everything i should replace / fix or what is coming to end of life. Never did we have this from Dana's. Also wording on former invoice were altered to avoid fault. So sad to be treated llike this, especially a non-profit - but really anyone.
