After having my A/C leak through my ceiling I called another company and they discovered the float switch was not connected. If this was connected my ac would have shut down until the clog in the drain line was cleared. Also the tech called me up into the attic to show me how filthy the inside of the unit was. As I suspected the My AC hook up tech didn't remove the panel or apparently touch the attic unit. Edit to respond to the owner. I have attached my payments to your company for a full AC tune up and some duct work. So now you can see that I am in fact an unhappy former customer. Also any reputable HVAC company includes a detailed cleaning in a tune up. So buyer beware, unless you're willing to babysit these clowns and make sure they're doing what you're paying them too they will do shoddy work or half the job.

Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.
