This a great company and all of their employees are fantastic. But, there is one named Alejandro or Alex or Lex. I watched the other men on the job and working very hard at my home. But, this one worker is unprofessional, shouts profanities at the nice man who is his team leader. He comes across as lazy and disrespectful. I personally witnessed this one employee behave completely outrageous over a tool or something. I'm not using my name because the rest of the guys are amazing. As a businessman, if this man was my employee I would use my right to work authority to terminate our professional relationship. I feel sorry for the other men who have to work with him. He is unreasonable, immature, and needs consequences. read more

Charged $500 for minimal work. Part of the charge was for mold remediation. NEVER saw any PPE used. Minimal silicone applied to area in question. I endeded up laying a bead of urethane sealer foam to the area. read more

You can stop reading reviews after this one. Not because the review is written well, it's because if you do have an issue in your home that requires this type of attention? THESE guys are the people to call. Even if their estimate was higher (it wasn't and wasn't close as they actually saved me thousands), I would still use them. That's my view of this company. Arrived on time, gave a fair estimate, and their crew was very communicative and explained the process step by step. Billy also from a high-end standpoint was over at the house almost daily to inspect and make sure the job was done correctly. He also helped me coordinate some folks to help me rebuild what I needed to tear out and "quarterbacked" the process. God knows I wouldn't have had the patience to do that, so was very thankful for that. So yeah, don't bother clicking on another page. Just call these guys and save some time and money. Probably the best service provider I have come across in Florida. I ran into a mold problem and had to pull in 3 contractors to handle the problem. Chris work crews handle the removal of the mold, air handlers and the blocking off of all areas around their work area. Always there on time and days of work. Followed up and provided answers to questions that we had in regards to the total project. They were excellent, professional and positive in all their dealings with us. read more

We were in the process of buying a house and the inspection came back that there was some wetness in the walls Possibly due to the sprinkler system pointing at the house.All dry came out and inspected and said yes they believe that there is something going on and gave me an estimate. We were not able to call them back for a month until the house was ours. At that point they told us that the estimate they gave us might be different because it might have gotten worse over a month which I fully understood. So I made an appointment for them to come back approximately a month and a half after the original quote. That's super nice guy showed up spoke with me for a while went into my daughters room where we originally thought there was an issue and he came back and said that someone must've turn on the sprinklers in the right direction and now there is no more wetness.Their original quote voice between 1k and 2k. They could've totally me lied to me and said there was an issue but they didn't.THE WERE HONEST I will now use them and recommend them to anyone I know. We gave this company (All Dry Services Of Metro Detroit, Justin) One star. They had to come out to our home to clean the mold in our basement twice. When we hired Justin we explained to him that we wanted our whole basement stripped of drywall and panels along with the basement bathroom. He stated it would not be a problem. My husband told him he would need a big dumpster he stated he knew it already. My husband also informed him that we had wood already stripped off from the bar and partial of the wall from the basement. (That's how we found the mold) Justin Agents stated it would not be a problem he would get a big dumpster. So the day before Justin came out my husband reminded him again to get a big dumpster. He said okay. Now the day they delivered the dumpster it was a small portable dumpster that you can attach to your truck. So they cleaned the mold and Justin stated the first time it was all good. He stated that he even had my home tested an supposed to be clear of mold. NOT TRUE.... The mold inspector said you can't test the air quality for mold while cleaning the house with mold. You have to wait 3 days after you had your mold cleaned up to have a professional air quality test done. Test has to go to the lab it takes 3 day for results.I had an independent mold inspector come out and do a air quality test in my basement. Test came back from the lab high levels of mold floating in the air. So Justin and his company came back out to clean the mold all over again for the second time. Now this time when we had it retested it came back good. Not to mention that Justin over charged us. Justin stated he had to charge us more because he had to get a second dumpster. So we had to pay an extra $1,200total almost $10,000 it took them almost a month to complete the job because they would stop to go do other jobs. This review is probably not timely but I saw the trucks parked near Pinder's seafood and had to do a small review. I had a condominium in Abacoa Towncenter that unfortunately had some flooding due to a water heater exploding upstairs. Other units were damaged as well. One person in this company was walking around with paperwork trying to get owner's and tenants to sign. To say the least it was a very uncomfortable take advantage situation. My tenant pulled me aside and told me whatever you do, do not sign. He was talking Baseboard removal drywall etc. Long story short I ran to Home Depot and rented some dryers and dehumidifiers right away because you cannot wait in these situations. Unfortunately this company not only overcharged and took advantage of tenants around my unit but didn't even get their equipment in until a day or so later, hence, the damage was already done. My unit was clean but the hallways and other people's units; completely different story. read more

Hands down the best company ever. Look no further, just call them! Their response time was Immediate...and I say this after a Christmas time disaster. The guys who first came out, Ty and Colin were awesome and pleasant and helped tremendously. They even came the day of the insurance adjuster appointment and guided us on what we should ask for reimbursement. We even tried to tip the guys and they wouldn't accept it, said they were there to help us, period. This is the kind of company you can trust, an old world feel where they care. read more

We can't say enough great things about All Dry. We had a flood in our condo and almost immediately, John Ogden and his team were here taking care of the clean-up. They worked with us for a week until everything was in order. They did an excellent job, were very knowledgable, were unbelievably neat and careful with our things, and they always had a smile on their faces. They kept us calm in a very unpleasant situation.
