Walking up to the second floor of your home and smelling mold is distressing. Having your second floor professionally tested for mold and finding out every room tested positive, is a nightmare. A dear friend and neighbor had a similar problem one year ago. My friend's bad luck was like winning a lottery ticket for me. As soon as my second floor became diagnosed a natural disaster, my friend introduced me to Billy Black who owns All Dry Services in Jupiter. I skipped the process of googling mold remediation companies and praying their reviews were accurate. Instead, I met Billy Black who was knowledgeable, reassuring, fast to respond and kind. He walked me through the upcoming steps so I was 100% prepared prior to work starting. His crew, Blake and James were lovely. They sealed off the second floor so nothing filtered down to the first floor. Despite the fact they were removing drywall, they kept the upstairs as neat as possible. Trash removal was tidy and did not create a mess on the first floor. Mold is tricky, if you miss a spot, regrowth is guaranteed. Billy's crew did an excellent job and I passed the second mold test by an independent company! I am very grateful to Billy Black and his company All Dry Services. Absolutely AMAZING! Truly! My elderly aunt was informed by a plumber, while he was working on a minor plumbing issue, that he had found some mold in the wall in the bathroom that also backs up to the laundry room. I don't let just anyone come into my family's home and had no idea who to call about such an issue. I called a couple of potential contractors, including All Dry Services of Southwest Ohio. By far, All Dry was the most polite, the most professional, and the most caring of anyone we spoke to. They were quick to get to us, and the work they did was outstanding. I rarely deal with companies that are so family-oriented, and everyone from the owners to on down the ladder was available and made it clear that they truly cared. I have dealt with many contractors for all sorts of issues, and it was really a unique experience to have people who were this good, this nice, and that showed up when they said they would show up, did what they said they would do, and were done on time. You can stop reading reviews after this one. Not because the review is written well, it's because if you do have an issue in your home that requires this type of attention? THESE guys are the people to call. Even if their estimate was higher (it wasn't and wasn't close as they actually saved me thousands), I would still use them. That's my view of this company. Arrived on time, gave a fair estimate, and their crew was very communicative and explained the process step by step. Billy also from a high-end standpoint was over at the house almost daily to inspect and make sure the job was done correctly. He also helped me coordinate some folks to help me rebuild what I needed to tear out and "quarterbacked" the process. God knows I wouldn't have had the patience to do that, so was very thankful for that. So yeah, don't bother clicking on another page. Just call these guys and save some time and money. Phil was in the area, popped in to assess the situation of not just our basement, but our neighbors too at no charge. Couple days later, his technician-Josh, came out to do another assessment, also free of charge. Can't forget about the technician lending a grateful helping hand with property removal the day of assessment and the following day prior to setting up equipment. 15 inches or more in flooded basement, and in no time they had it dry. My family and I are grateful for Phil, Josh, and All Dry Services helping us when we were in need. Good people, polite, and courteous. We had significant water damage of our home in Tequesta Florida. All Dry immediately respnded and did a great job removing the bulk of the water, which was large. They then removed the damaged flooring (wood ), tiles and cabinets in the bathroom, kitchen areas etc. and sections of walls that were damaged. they did a super job, the company personnel were very responsibe and easy to talk to too. They helped save family pictures and family pieces. They interacted with the insurance company, which wasn't the easiest thing to do. Mike and his crew Blue and Erik were super professional, on-time​, concise with their findings and feedback and provided solid advice and a plan to tackle my old house mold problems. Literally they reminded me of a modern day Ghostbusters. I appreciated their respectful "get to the bottom of it attitude".
