I got Tylenol #3 with codeine, a muscle relaxer and a shot of anti-inflammatory and minor pain reliever - I drove myself so you know it was mild. That night the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep!!! I realized I needed a good massage therapist. I came to Yelp of course because this is the best way to find anything. I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Rebecca today. If I just would have started with her at the first sign of pain I could have saved myself money and time and tears. Rebecca knows what she is doing and it is exactly what I needed. She also gave me a lot of suggestions for things I could do to make this better. The price was very reasonable and she said they don't accept tips. They would rather you come get the therapy you need without worrying about the price with tip. Guess I'll need to bake something for her. :) If you are still reading this you obviously need a massage therapist and I've written over 100 reviews on Yelp so I'm asking you to trust me and go to Advanced Massage Therapy. Both Pam and Rebecca are amazing. They know exactly how to get the knots out and loosen tight muscles. I have never left unsatisfied. If I could go every day I honestly would. One therapist had lowered her bed all the way to the floor and as I walked in there was no bed and I was completely lost. She couldn't figure how to turn the lights up so I could get my bearings.
