Literally the best care I've ever received from any PCP or PA. Recently, Dr. Bleaman left the practice, which I was unaware of. The interaction I had with the receptionist was less than pleasant.. I asked to make an appointment. Her response, "Dr. Bleaman is no longer with us. You can uh go find her yourself if you want." I said: "Why wasn't I notified of the change? Do you know where she went?" She responded, "Nope. Dont know. You must not be on the email thread. If you want an appointment you can make it with Dr. Pang. and by the way we don't accept insurance any more. Everything's out of pocket." And to that I asked about the pending refills on my prescriptions, as they are medically necessary without delay. The receptionist said to me, "We can't fill them so if you want to make an appointment like... immediately then maybe we can work on it" SO RUDE. I told her she can take me off of their patient list as I will NEVER return to such a practice. Poor professionalism. Bullshit. After I gave a medical history, they decided that my occasional gait problems were due to flat feet and knee problems. Lord knows how much they charged my insurance for these procedures with their fancy equipment. Then they put me on a water-massage table. OK.... but then they turned up the HEAT! Idiots! What part of MS did they not understand? Apparently every part, which means they LIED when they told me they know how to treat it. When I complained, they were surprised- "everyone loves it" they claimed. Maybe they wanted to make me sicker, so I'd come back for more treatments. Needless to say, I told all my co-workers what yahoos they were, and now all of you know as well.

So I went back today and met with Dr. Gross. He's such a nice guy - like someone you would actually want to be friends with. He explained to me in detail the workings of a spine and then we looked at my X-Rays to pinpoint exactly where the issues are occurring. Everyone here is super nice - the kind of place where they'll remember your name every time you come in. I would definitely suggest going here because it's more than just adjustments and back-cracking. I'm very glad I chose this office to do my treatment.
