I called to cancel the appointment one time after 5pm, the lady who picked up the phone doesn't know English well. And I was told it was the wrong phone for Be Gorgeous. The treatment I purchased was 6 times laser package. Now it's all done, and no hair is permanently removed. I'm very disappointed for the result for the amount of money I spent.
