I had an emergency with a full body rash that I'd never experienced before and I needed an appointment asap. I was nervous seeing the PA because I wasn't sure what that meant and if I would get the medical expertise I might need... I was in a lot of pain, I hadn't slept, it's a pandemic, I had to travel further from my home than anticipated... clearly a recipe for disaster. Imagine my surprise when I was met with exceptional customer service, a relaxing but covid safe environment, relatively easy access from the subway, and a place my insurance approves of! Most importantly, Nicolle and her assistant were AMAZING. Being delirious from pain and lack of sleep, I spent hours googling what could be wrong with me and had all sorts of questions. These women were nurturing, kind, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with gave me a little extra time so I didn't feel rushed. And the medical plan has worked wonders. To be honest, I thought my rash was a food allergy but Nicolle gently pushed me to consider life style changes that might have given me a contact allergy. Once my body felt better from her medical treatment plan, I realized she was exactly right and have since discovered the culprit. Please consider this group for your medical needs, not just cosmetic. It may seem counterintuitive that a place with such high budget marketing can offer a small town, personal medical experience... but I assure you that is exactly the kind of care I needed and received. Skin cancer scares the hell out of folks but, if it isn't melanoma but a carcinoma the fears are not required, I have had 4 of them removed and it went just fine. I was one of the victims of the WTC cancerous substance exposure for 2 years and developed skin cancer 12 to18 months later. The PA and the doctor here were friendly and professional and made the visit not unpleasant. I guess this is my new go to dermatologist from here on.

I visited Dr Ginsberg a year ago for a small amount of botox and filler (I had previously had both in modest amounts for a natural look administered by board certified plastic surgeon). I explained my problem areas/concerns, what I had done in the past, then left it to Dr Ginsberg to make his recommendation. He suggested botox and filler under my eyes (which I had never done before) in addition to the usual locations. I trusted his advice and went ahead with it. Within a couple of days, the results were shocking. I had deep, wavy smile lines in my cheeks that were never there before and extremely alarming. Worse still, it was asymmetrical. The effect under my eyes made me look like a different person. Needless to say, I was panicking, having never asked for or experienced this before. I came back to the clinic, where Dr Ginsberg took zero responsibility for the poor results and instead explained how it was all due to MY face/muscles/tolerance etc etc. He dissolved what he could to undo the deep lines on my cheeks and under-eye filler. I left more than a little freaked out and $3k lighter for the experience. I never received any follow up or check in from Dr Ginsberg or the clinic. Zero... Until the 1 year anniversary of this experience where they called me to let me know I was probably due to come back and spend more money with them. No thanks. I get that results differ and it's not an exact science, but admit when you get it wrong. All he had to say was something along the lines of, "it clearly hasn't done what we had hoped / this isn't what it should look like / I'm sorry about the result", then show some duty of care post-visit. But, blaming me for the result, taking my money and then never following up was unprofessional and insulting.
