I have multiple chronic issues that include neck problems and a back condition that cause me a great deal of discomfort. One of Sondra's many strengths is that she is willing to take direction, which is important to me as my conditions fluctuate and what might work one visit won't work the next. I have tried other massage therapists since moving out of Eugene and I have yet to find anyone who comes close to being as open to feedback and as helpful as Sondra. Consequently, I make appointments to see Sondra on the weekends and I'm grateful that she's able to fit me into her schedule. I should mention that her ability to work later hours is extremely helpful when working a full-time job. Sondra is the best licensed massage therapist I've ever worked with.

My aching back really appreciated that great customer service. The location is homey and the studio I was in was spacious with a nicely appointed sitting area. The massage table was comfortable and had an awesome armrest under the headrest that I'd never seen before. My massage therapist Kara was wonderful. She was easy to talk to and I was quickly able to communicate where the worst of my knots were. An hour was nowhere near enough to untangle me, but she was able to hit every major problem area I had asked for and she showed me a couple knots I didn't know I had! Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 5 stars. Thanks again.

It's easy to get to from the freeway, and parking is super easy (except on Thursdays from 12:30-3:30 - street cleaning). She is so affordable that it really enables almost anyone to incorporate massage into their lives on a regular basis instead of sporadically. However! Don't let her rates fool you. This is a woman who is dedicated to the practice and lives accordingly; she is affordable because she believes that money shouldn't be the issue keeping people from taking care of themselves! She is strong and soft in all the right places and at all the right times. She really takes her time going deeper and staying longer in the areas that need more attention, and her intuition as to where these places are is spot on! Additionally, I never feel rushed or hurried to leave as I have with other therapists that practice out of their home. After such a short time together she has completely gotten in tune with my body. This past week I left her place feeling like I was glowing and vibrating and could peacefully and gracefully accept any experience that came up, from the stresses of daily city living to the intensity of birth. She has such a beautiful energy, too. I always feel listened to when we check in before the massage, and she does just the right amount of checking in during, without any unnecessary chatting. I truly look forward to our time together and really want to encourage you to take advantage of her amazing hands and energy before she starts getting booked up months in advance! ps - i'm reposting the same review because my last one was filtered and shouldn't have been.
