I did not notice any elevator so it would be a hard shop for those who are disabled. Not by any fault of the store owners its an old building. I could not tell the vibe if you could negotiate. But the reason they lost a star was because most things we were interested in were double the price. Lots to see it kept us busy for almost two hours!

The man on the phone (Kevin Frattalone he called himself, but I believe this was also a lie) asked me to send him pictures of the radio. I did. He said he could absolutely fix it. I was so excited and hopeful. I shipped him my irreplaceable and priceless-to-me family radio. It has now been 6 months since I have heard anything from this "company". It is a total fraud. Knowledgeable. My kiddo wanted a mystic crystal and the Cosmic Cat had a nice selection.
