New Tech (as noted by their description) is a WHOLESALER of telecommunications products. Despite the retail side of their business and their web presence, they are NOT a retailer. When you deal with a wholesaler/distributor and you don't already have a long-standing established account and terms with them, they are ALWAYS going to request your email contact information and send you a shipping quote. Who does that, Joseph? Everyone. They aren't Amazon, they are Telecom Industry distributor. The fact that they even have a retail side of the business to deal with consumers like Joseph is surprising because most companies in our industry don't. Simply because Joseph is ignorant of a standard industry process doesn't mean that it's out of the ordinary. The reason that he continues to receive emails is that he never closed out his cart and the software auto-generates that email as a courtesy reminder . Again, this is not a unique feature of e-commerce regardless of whether or not he is accustomed to it. To avoid that message, you log back in and delete the contents of your cart or, if that's too complicated, send the company email and request that they do it for you. This isn't very difficult nor is it particularly inconvenient. Seriously scummy? Email attack dogs? Well of course! It's their fault that a consumer is ignorant regarding the process of dealing with a wholesaler and doesn't understand how e-commerce works with shopping carts. As for my experience with New Tech Industries, I am the Director of Operations for a Telecommunications firm in Las Vegas and we have had a long-standing account with them for well over a decade. They are our largest vendor and their prices and service have always been outstanding. They are a fantastic company to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you're trying to find the Party City it recently went out of business and the JD Sports store is opening soon in the same bay.
