Mientras tanto, el cliente queda sin iluminación en el parqueo, asumiendo todas las molestias y riesgos que eso implica. No ofrecen solución inmediata, no dan plazos, no se responsabilizan por el daño causado y trasladan todo el problema al instalador y al cliente final. The simple…read morefact is that the trash tiles we purchased from RPS Distributors through a retail store who tried to screw us were so bad and defective that we had to have owner Domenico Fabbrocini come to our house to look at the mess. Once he decided that he wouldn't take any responsibility, we were forced to take matters into our own hands. We had a professional tile analysis done by a world renowned tile inspector who wrote, amongst many many other things that the tile we purchased was not worth a fraction of what we paid for it. But since RPS had our money - they were as happy as could be. We took our complaint and mountain of evidence to Citibank Mastercard who, after months of investigating the problem literally gave us every cent of our money back taking it away from RPS through Signature Floors and Interiors. I would advise everyone to stay clear of either business. In our opinion Domenico Fabbrocini is the lowest or the low.
