There is only 1 aisle, in a very small space. If a new customer walks in and is not sure of the process, granted they can ask but with 5-6 people behind 1 counter you would think at least one person would speak up, but for everyone to stare at me then let a customer skip me because she was a "regular", I'll spend my money somewhere else. The service was very attentive and friendly. I personally prefer service that is warm but a little more professional rather than overly familiar, so some of the interactions felt a bit too casual for my taste, but the service itself was very good. The atmosphere inside wasn't really for me either. Between the red walls and fairly loud reggaeton, it felt a little more stimulating than relaxing. I probably would have enjoyed the outdoor seating more, but unfortunately it was raining that day. Overall, it was a good experience with good food, generous portions, and attentive service. It just wasn't quite my vibe or somewhere I personally feel the need to return to, but I can see it being a fun choice for a group.
