We ordered local beers: my friend got the Gringo, a and I got the Cap Gaspé, a delicious Weizen. We started with an order of a half dozen raw oysters: they were succulent and sweet. We could have easily blown $100CA just on eating oysters. They were that good. She ordered the fried flounder tacos for dinner while I ordered the seafood stew. My God, it was to die for-sublime, came to mind. The flounder pieces were so tender, they melted in my mouth. The lobster, scallops and shrimp were perfectly cooked and the broth was spectacular. We still had a little hunger, so we ordered the beignets (Pogo) of crab. So good. Service was excellent: served with smiles and a great sense of humor. We could have eaten here every day, the meal was so good. It's a definite must for dining in Percé.

The fish soup was full of fresh seafood ingredients, a bit too salty and it reminded me of some Asian styled fish soup. But overall not too bad a way to try the local seafood and fishes. The octopus and hummus was not a supreme appetizer as well. As I compared to the octopus I had in Portugal which cooked tender and tasty. Even compared to the octopus I used to get from Costco was more tender as well. However, the mix of hummus to the dish was good, and the hummus was really good! What shine was the main dishes. The lobster was fresh and the lobster risotto was tasty. I wished there were more risotto. The seafood pasta however outshine everything. The pasta cooked Al dente, the sauce was full of seafood flavor and mixed perfectly together. The tiramisu as a finish was too sweet and a bit soggy. When we made reservations earlier that day, we had asked for seats at the bar. Instead, we were seated at a small table next to the bar, as the bar was full. I had ordered a beer and when the waitress came back for our food orders, she bumped into the table and spilled some of my drink. No apologies given. Just an awkward "oops!" on her part.
