We loved the Buffalo Margherita++ and N'duja -- a perfect contrast between a beautifully executed classic and something spicy, sweet, meaty, and packed with flavor. The crust was textbook: light and airy with just the right amount of chew and char. And definitely save room for the house tiramisu. We absolutely devoured it -- creamy, bittersweet, perfectly moist, with just a hint of alcohol. One of the highlights of the meal. They also serve local Quebec wines and were great at recommending pairings to complement our food, which was a really nice touch. I've never been to a place that said they were full for the night at opening. We were luckily enough to get a spot for the next evening, at opening. Worth it. Everyone was really friendly. Our waitress had the drink menu in her head. Just say what you like. We got the heritage plate. Two types of brisket, a sausage, and two types of ribs. It was perfect. Didn't care too much for the sausage but everything was the most tenderest meats I've ever had, as well as tasty. No steak knife needed, but a butter knife was provided. So much food. And I had to save the rest for later. Definitely this place is on the top of my list for favorite bbqs. The Mac and cheese was interesting. It was good and cheesy. There was even cauliflower in it.
