The ownership also runs a farm that raises excellent cattle, whose meat is served in all the beef dishes on the menu, so we thought the burger was an appropriate choice. We were right. As someone else noted, La Ferme also serves locally-brewed beer (Les Grandes Bois, in nearby St. Casimir), but it also sources other ingredients from local farms such as Terra Sativa in St. Alban.
