The pico de gallo was tomato chunks without flavor. The churrasco was cooked on site (probably) but pan cooked, possibly a griddle. Not grilled. Their saving grace was actually having some cholula hot sauce. That made the meal "edible" The service, I must say, was pretty descent. You can't blame the servers for the terrible food.
