The ingredients were fresh, cooked perfectly, with a cream sauce that is out of this world. The lobster was so tender. I even got to pick it from an ice chest when I walked in. Just an absolutely amazing dining experience on each occasion with excellence service and pretty much every appetizer on the menu is amazing. I really can't say enough about this gem in Aguadilla. We stopped in and ordered La Bestia and Pal Campo. We ordered the Surtido by Cheff's for an appetizer. We enjoyed all of the food! We wanted to make sure we had food native to the island. Pasta primavera- based on googling primavera pasta beforehand, I was expecting a light pasta entree, but this was smothered in butter and cheese, which was very heavy and not at all what I expected. It tasted like it was made from a strawberry syrup instead of fresh strawberries. Pina colada- (non alcoholic version) a good pina colada.

Tender, tasty, delicious. Meat melting in the mouth. So good I could have eaten two. Then, while we were dining, the worker very sweetly brought us an extra fried chicken loin and some plantains. She'd taken an interest in us because of our not super great Spanish. What a sweetheart!
