We were in the neighborhood to dine at a restaurant that had great reviews. Alas, it was closed which brought us here which ended up being a boon since El Caserio was very good.
It looks very unassuming on the outside and we were unsure when we entered. It changed when they took us through a couple of doors into a dining room which was very cozy and nice with white table cloth. and
The service was excellent, and our waitress and table staff were delightful. The food was very good. The veggies with ham surprisingly were my favorite given my dispoition to veggies in general. The lamb chops was delicious. The steak was flavorful but too chewy for my liking. The cheesecake was a fine conclusion to the meal. read more
