Well what can I say.. This place is one of my favorite restaurants in Mexico city... Price is little on the high end but figure I give it a try since it ssd my last night here. The staff is amazing.. You feel very welcomed and service was amazing. Our server did not speak English so another server came to assist us with translation. Ordered the Jamon iberico de bellota and cheese to start with. They also brought small soup bread and some dipping sauce. I haven't had chance to eat jamon iberico in Spain but I have had some at other places. This jamon was really yummy and little sweet. Best jamon I've bad so far. Ordered the langoustine and baby pork shoulder lechon. The server said their lechon was best in the block.. Langoustine was grilled with butter and garlic.. But OMG... It was best I've ever had.. Such simple dish but yet so full of flavor. Server also brought bowl of dipping side which was made with more butter, garlic and some other stuff i didnt know. Server said to use the sauce to eat the brain part of the langoustine. And oh lordy yummy it was. Lechon was also amazing. The meat was melt in your mouth yummy. The server constantly came by and replaced my plate where I put the shells (about 4 times ) . Which I thought was extra nice touch. Like I said it was the most expensive restaurant I've been so far in Mexico city but man was it worth it... I would most definitely come here again.. Food was amaaaaaaazing.

This restaurant gave me a big surprise. The environment is really good. The service excellent. They made my cousin and i feel more than at home. We order the lechon which is a specialty of the house with all the bells and whistles as in the famous madrid's restaurant "El sobrino de Botin". Food was excellent the baby pig perfectly well cooked, flavourfull and very tender. The appetizers and the wine perfect. I cant wait to go back And as chef alton brown i said it was good not cheap. A little bit pricey but worth trying.

A bit pricy but not delicious. The Paella is too salty. Water is 40 peso per small bottle.

Their website said the dinner went from 830-1030, but it doesn't actually start until 9 and the show ends closer to 1130 (though the wine does stop 2 hours after they first bring it out) The four course meal is enough to keep you full, but none of the dishes are spectacular. I liked the entree the best, the boar was really tender and the nutty sauce complimented it well. It's hard for me to not like a dish where nutty is one of the predominant flavors so take it with a grain of salt. The show was very well done, even as someone who doesn't speak Spanish I found it very entertaining. They had a wide range from musical performance to acrobatics and audience interaction with giant jesters. While the show was a fun time I do think there are better ways you could spend a Saturday evening if you're only in town for one weekend. If you happen to live in the area or be around for an extended period of time I think it'a a fun night out.

I was captivated by the warm, eclectic ambiance--shelves stacked with old books, cozy little crannies, and fascinating antique items tucked into every corner. It felt like stepping into a hidden gem where every detail added to the charm. I ordered the As de Corazones, a gin-based cocktail with raspberry, egg white foam, and a spritz finish. It was hands-down the best cocktail I had in CDMX--beautifully balanced, slightly tart, and perfectly smooth. I also tried the Josita, which was incredibly refreshing (and deceptively strong!), making it the perfect drink to sip on while soaking in the atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive, with bartenders who clearly know their craft. Whether you're a cocktail lover or just looking for a great spot to unwind, Pata Negra is a must-visit. (I even went back as a goodbye to CDMX on my last night)

They had a few TVs with some sports on which is why we chose this place. Service was friendly, and quick to take your initial order but after that it was kinda hard to order a second or third drink you really had to flag them down. We came back on a second visit and they were out of some of the beers we ordered the previous visit. On the plus side the beers were ice cold. Much colder than out of the refrigerator which made it so easy to drink.
