It had two kinds of blood sausage, maybe even three, and lots of chinks of pork that melted in our mouths. The stew was tasty and probably one of the healthiest meals we have had since being here in Portugal. For dessert we tried the honey flan. It was more cake like than flan like and extremely sweet. Glad I tried it but not for me. As a final drink, we were offered shots of madronho mixed with honey, cinnamon, and lemon.
