I just had the most unusual pizza from Jerry's. It's snowing out and we had two pizzas delivered to our hotel. They arrived quickly and were still very hot, all of which we appreciated. We ordered one mushroom pizza and one plain cheese pizza. The mushroom pizza was as expected, but instead of the plain pizza, Jerry's delivered a type of pepperoni and green pepper pizza. I say "a type of" because the cheese was on top, and under that was a thick solid layer of smoked sliced meat that had caraway seeds in it. It wasn't pepperoni as I know it, but it was closer to that than anything else I can think of. It tasted pretty good. The bell peppers were scattered on the meat and under the cheese. The crust was half burnt but the bread flavor was nice. I liked the pizza well enough and ate three slices. I would order from Jerry's again. Instead of the small plastic stand that every other pizzeria puts in the middle of the pizza to keep the lid of the box from touching the cheese, Jerry's used a knot of baked dough. Interesting. Thought we would try a local pizzeria, but we will never order from Jerry's again. While the menu is already overpriced, we were most disgusted by the low quality of the food and the unacceptable customer service. Our pizza took an hour to arrive, and when we opened the box we found it an unsliced, soupy mess. The pepperoni was uncooked, the crust sopping wet, and there was barely any sauce. To top it all off, the person who delivered the pizza was extremely agressive. No one should feel inclined to support this business. You'd be better off heading to Dominos. read more

The food is good, especially the Greek selections. Unfortunately customer service is severely lacking. I have waited for over an hour in the past for a poutine, when I live less than 5 minutes away. The delivery guy was rude and when I refused to pay he stormed away with the food. Anglophones beware, this is primarily a French speaking establishment and does not carry English newspapers. Additionally if you are looking to have an iced tea with your meal, expect to have to pay more than if you were having a coke or sprite, for some inconceivable reason they have decided that a can of iced tea is more expensive than a can of coke. read more

Everytime I visit my family in Sherbrooke we have to have Jerry's pizza!! Its absolutely delicious!! We even talk about it all the way back to Montreal.I believe the owners are Greek the decor in the restaurant is beautiful pictures of Greece.They are very generous with their pepperoni portions...if you get a pepperoni and cheese very good amount on there! Crust is soft and a little crisp just perfect for me.A must try! read more

Ordered take out during the recent ice storm (obv no power) and made sure to tip well. Very sweet delivery man. Anyways we ordered the chicken pita platter. Comes w a big pita filled with tsaziki (sp?) Sauce and its sooooo creamy and the chicken is tender and juicy! Phenomenal. Plus you get greek chips which is basically thin slices of potatoes seasoned with salt pepper and some other amazing flavor. $10ish each and large serving size. Major gripe though. I ordered a small cesar salad on the side and at $10 I thought the small would be a good size. Wrong. Maybe 8-10 leaves total, a couple of croutons and ugh it was just horrible. Never doing that again. But eating healthier in lennoxville is almost impossible on a budget anyways. Would love to try dining in next time. read more

I'm from the other side of the country, so on my recent trip to Quebec my Mom told me the best pizza she's ever tasted. "Jerry's Pizza". When we arrived, I asked "When will we have pizza at Jerry's? And we finally did get that pizza. Usually when my Dad orders pizza, he waits 15 minutes, but this took 30 minutes. Was it worth the wait? Heck yes! We ordered an all dressed jumbo pizza, and it was the best pizza I've ever tasted. My favourite part is usually the pepperoni and cheese, and Jerry's is known for lots of both! It was so good, that I brought the menu home all the way to Western Canada. I wish I can rate this 11/5! read more

Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza to go, and should have checked it before leaving. Sloppiest, soggiest, pizza I have ever attempted to eat. Looked like the pineapples were added from a can along with all the juice. Had to use bowls with forks and knives, it refused to hold any toppings. Worst $30 I've ever spent on food. I can not speak for the rest of the menu, and it may have been an isolated incident, but it is totally unacceptable. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Terrible service and to be avoided. The pizzas aren't bad, though I find the crust too thick and soggy, but that's a personal aspect. What is really horrendous is that they are incredibly overpriced and are probably the most rude and impolite people in the northern hemisphere. Customer service for them consists of screaming at you on the phone. When they got my order wrong they didn't call me to try to fix it. They waited 90 minutes to send a driver to tell me we had to pay more since the girl I spoke to on the phone through incorrectly entered the amount - not the card number - into the machine. They didn't bother prepping the pizzas and sending them with the driver, they did nothing at all. When I called back to ask why they didn't do anything the girl on the phone started yelling at me, telling me it was my fault when she was the one who admitted to incorrectly entering the purchase amount in the credit card machine. As a result it took some 2 and a half hours for our pizzas to arrive, by which time most of our group decided it wasn't worth it anymore and went to bed. Their driver demanded a tip which he did not deserve, and when we called the owner to discuss our dissatisfaction the he just screamed at us and refused to listen. In short, I would sooner eat broken glass covered in rubbing alcohol followed by a lemon juice, salt and vinegar chaser than ever deal with Pizza Jerry again. I don't wish them to go out of business, but if i read that this is the case, I admit that I will have a smile. read more

I have been going to Jerry's for over 30 years. When I moved to Toronto I make special trips down just to eat the food. I love their all dressed pizza but their chicken in a close second. I even order half baked pizza to enjoy upon returning to Toronto. read more

Just the perfect 'pizzeria'. The one you're looking for when you don't feel like preparing diner on a friday night. Don't nedd to talk about the menu. Just traditional pizza size and toppings. But really a great pizza. Perfect crust, dry and crispy. Perfect sauce. read more
