It was a great meal I had all the courses including the cheese as extra and wine pairing if I had rank the 8 course from top to bottom it would be octopus, duck , sweetbreads, yellow tail , celeriac wellington , dessert, Cheese, North Sea the reason for the North Sea crab being last due to the fact that the temperature of the corn ice cream was so cold that kind of overtook the flavors and I think there could be a little more of a stronger corn flavour maybe doing a foam of concentrated / fermented corn would be a possible idea. Furthermore it was very busy for the servers and once things calmed then only could they have a short chat overall a good restaurant with the innovative work being created by the team.
