You can watch the pig roast. Very warm on a cool night. Started with a pisco sour mixed perfectly. Then had wine and dinner that was just amazing. For dinner, I had a seafood risotto and lamb chop. It was heaven. The food was cooked perfectly, the portion was large. I ended up taking it home and ate it for breakfast the next day. For dessert, I was provided a local Chilean dessert and it was amazing. We also had some after dinner beverage that I cannot quite remember what it was. I look forward to going back to this estabilishment to try other dishes.

She rushed our order, I had taken a few bites of my food before she came asking for us to pay and demanded her tip. Not sure if this is usual practice in Chile but not in USA! We were paying and she asked next time we come earlier before they closed. Totally rude it was 10:30pm. She ruined our dinner. Would NOT recommend to anyone! Btw the food was Mediocre! Tasteless and bland! Would give 0 stars if I could

Everything we had was fantastic and the waiter and chef were very accommodating. Everything was great particularly the traditional menu items. The service was warm and friendly. Everything was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting outside given we had just arrived from the US in early December. The plus here... most of the folks (other than us) seemed like neighborhood locals. When you're traveling, go where the locals go :) In fact we met the owner who was sitting at the table next to us with some German expats, which just added to the warmth and depth of our experience.

The meal started well with friendly service and the Salmon tartare cones. They were delicious! The tables on the patio are wonderful. We ordered the salmon and the Sea Bass. I was particularly looking forward to having Chilean Sea Bass while in Chile. Ironically the salmon was the hit and the Sea Bass was dry. Also, after we chose to order just a glass of wine each instead of a bottle, our waiter abandoned us. He stopped checking on us and we had to ask for the check (albeit typical in Chile) after quite a long wait. Please note this isn't a bad restaurant, it's just not consistently great for a 5 star hotel. There are many options for good dining in Santiago, this one is average for fine dining.

Before we can even decide on an appetizer, we were greeted with freshly warm biscuits that were stuffed with caramelized onions and a cone of tuna Crudo (on the house!). Pro Tip: Request a taste of several wines, including the regional Carmanere (originating from France, but rediscovered in Chile). Camilo provided us with exceptional service and even surprised us with a parting gift! It was a pleasure getting to know him and hope to cross paths with him in the future.
