One of the bigger RD locations compared to the one in NYC. Massive frozen fish section as well as everything else you might need for your biz. TIP* If you are going inside the fish and meat area change your shoes at the car! Unfortunately the prices for everything else were too high for my budget they are really not far off retail at all so I didn't find this trip very useful. But if your needs are different give them a shot. read more

Francisco is an excellent manager! I'm pregnant and couldn't carry water out of the store. Got the wrong order delivered and the exchange it no problem and they thought they couldn't. He did what he had to do and I really appreciate that. Very helpful and kind. read more

The way the young cash register talks to customers is horrible... if u don't like your job just say that, but this is customer service job and you have zero of that. I don't know how some of these people have jobs, will be shopping at a different location.. P.s she wears the pink hoodie and glasses wit black hair young n skinny. Train her better Side she can do better and will affect ur sales. read more

It's sometimes difficult to communicate to to the store through reception. Telephone rings to no response for very long minutes.Managers should make sure receiving and reception has a staff present or closer to the telephone because these two areas are very important to customers and whoever is concern. read more

You need to be a member to shop here. It's like a Costco or BJ for restaurant/cooking related businesses. My mothers Kingdom Hall shops here and I help them transport bulk items. They have tons of options and the key here is to buy in bulk or by the case. I honestly feel that's where the true discounts are. Other than that I still believe one can find better deals at their supermarket. Cool to place to check out if you can. read more

This place is like a Costco except to be a member you need to own a business, and if it's a food business I don't think you pay tax on everything other businesses pay. There are a few other locations closer to me that I much rather go to then in Secaucus but that's because of distance. It a pretty big restaurant depot, it's never not had anything I've needed. read more

Been coming here forever. The absolute worst experience in the Fish Department. The worst attitude I have ever dealt with in a long time except on a NY subway. Absolutely Amazing...I would rather 86 an item and get it from my fish purveyor than buy fish with an attitude again... THE WORST ATTITUDE... read more

Need to be a restaurant or commercial business to buy at this location; but a great rotating selection awaits you inside. My business spends a lot of money here weekly, they usually have quality brands at steeper discounts than many suppliers. They lose marks because they have recently changed management and are not as supportive of their customers as they used to be and they have put less priority on restocking what customers want and more on what gets them a better profit percentage. Still a very good store though, it has just lost its luster in my opinion. read more

Cashiers know their job better than anyone else at this location. Check out is always speedy supervisors are quick and have knowledge of product and help expedite checkouts when busy. Employees in the refrigerator (grocery and dairy) have no knowledge of product they deal with on a daily basis. The meat section gives exceptional customer service and the managers of the refrigerator as well, as for his employees that's another story. Seafood department is a dead zone and no one is ever there to help. I was once waiting 10 minutes for an employee to help me only to find out my seafood was labeled incorrectly. Let's work our way from the front to the back. The reception/customer service desk has lost quality workers over the past year. They have also gotten much younger. These girls are always on their cellphones and have no shame in giving an attitude. I have seen a few of the past receptionists in the store but can't quite figure out where they work because they are nowhere to be seen. I would congratulate them for their new positions but you'd think the company would replace them with someone of equal value. Dry goods are also scarce. No one seems to be working in the morning and pallets are sitting in isles (I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally tripped or bumped into those). This branch Also seems to have new management yearly, past few months have not been all that great. Best store manager so far was this one past before the newest one got here. Went from 4 star to 2 star with management alone. read more
