This place needs to be inspected from the health department and l&I. Disgustingly dirty, mold, forklift drivers yelling at you to get out of the way, pallets everywhere it was a like a third world country in this place. What a shame read more

This is by far the worst experience in all of Washington. Satan himself probably cries knowing this place exists. Matter of fact, he probably shakes his head and a drop of tear rolls down his cheek each time somebody enters through those doors. The workers aren't there to help. Try waiting in line after having TONS of supplies and having extremely arrogant, rude workers who literally don't even acknowledge your existence. Pitiful. Sad. Annoying. There have been many times where I was just STANDING there waiting and they don't even notice me yet they start scanning talking and gossiping amongst themselves. And then finally she BARKS and YELLS my total. If you want... just go to Smart foodservices. read more

Called in today at 8:55, inquiring about a specific product. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. When the lady picked up, she said the item was unavailable. When asking when the next shipping was coming in, I was greeted with a huge attitude and was yelled at. Please check your phone for quality insurance. read more

Terrible customer service. Cashiers and staff at front door are VERY rude. Would not recommend visiting this particular location. Will not be coming back! read more

***First, this is a wholesale store and you must prove you are a restaurant owner to get a membership here. Which is free, by the way. No annual fees. There are so many things that I like about this store. *Lots of very helpful salespeople wandering around. They are informative about their products and one even chased me down a cart because my hands were full. This was no easy feat-we were there today, their opening day, and there were not many free carts. *A good mix of food, supplies, and equipment. Envision a Cash & Carry/Bargreen Ellingson hybrid. The prices are (mostly) really low compared to Costco Business and C&C. There are several products that undercut the other stores by a considerable margin. *FREEZER COATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hands down, the most awesome thing about Restaurant Depot. Bright orange coats to don as you brave the cold, cold freezer. I freakin love it! *They are open on Sundays. Costco Business is not. Alas, I did dock this store one star. And that is solely because their check out process sucks. Only six lanes. The cashier rang everything up on a POS, then had to handwrite in a logbook what we purchased, then had to call for a supervisor to inspect and count what was on the cart and compare to the receipt, AND THEN they did it again at the door. It took us longer to leave the store than it did to shop. read more

They take the time to know you. They will bend over backwards to help you. Customer services is best of anyplace, even beats Nordstrom's in the 70's! Clean, Clean, Clean! Great selection. I docked them a star because it is hard to find. OK, couldn't do it, they are just too great.. putting back the last star! read more

It has everything you need for parties! Prices are decent and it's bulk items. You also don't need to have to have a membership to shop here. The workers are very helpful and great customer service. read more

Terrible customer service. Cashiers and staff at front door are VERY rude. Would not recommend visiting this particular location. Will not be coming back! I came in today and the lady in the front was being very rude. Didn't even let me come inside even though I had a card. Was very loud and disrespectful. This happens every time. Get new staff or teach your staff how to properly treat customers and how to act. If I could, I'd give this place a -10 stars. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS! They dont accept returns and blaming the customer for it, they claimed that they would have a host and gave us a thing called day pass but they did not, they did not even have a host on the day I went there, and the cashier did not explain nothing to me about the return policy either. Those two who claimed themselves as managers' attitude like craps, dont come this place for shopping, go somewhere else, their items are not cheap so there's no point shopping on this shit hole. They dont care about their customers! Especially those two who claimed themselvs as managers, one white female and one black female. Hope your business will be closed down. I will rate 0 stars if that is possible. read more

I find that Restaurant Depot is a great source for product with great prices. Many items are 20% less than buying from the "big dogs" which is helpful when your big dog rep cant get you the product you need when you need it. The selections of brands is decent and the produce is looking good most of the time. I Dont understand the comment about management problems from the 2 star reviewer nor the comment about making fun of Mexicans? I see all races of people shopping here and from my personal experience I have always had exceptional service and witnessed others having it from managers and the rest of the staff. In fact I think its disgusting that YELP even let this review go public. Thats a strong statement to post and obviously a person with a chip on the shoulder. Bad Yelp! Keep up the good work RD of Fife and thank you! read more

I can almost find everything we need here the cashiers are always friendly and helpful management however is not so friendly and they may chew out one of their employees right in front of you! The other Big thing is that we Will No longer buy fresh vegetables from this place for their vegetables literally seem like they go bad soon as you hit the door to leave. read more

I recently went in to shop for my restaurant and was told my account was closed because I hadn't shopped there within the last 6 months. When I asked if I could re open it I was asked "well are you going to shop in the next 6 months?" Really? I was there about to drop $200 or more on small wares because I like their selection. Bye bye never coming back. read more

Horrible service!!! Owning my own business it is imperative that products are carried with my distributors. This company never seems to have what you need when you need it. Then when they carried again what we buy they raised the price significantly. I asked them as to why and they said because everybody wants it! Not exactly a professional response! I will stick to Cash N Carry and Harland Fairbanks, excellent service with fair prices. read more

horrible customer service from Jeff Papa and Angel Evans. i ordered some stuff for a catering gig i was doing two weeks in advance and they needed to ship it from portland to the fife location and it wasnt there then they have the nerve to get mad at me for not taking the stuff i ordered the next time i came in. well i didnt need it anymore. and angel said i messed up her inventory and jeff said we just wont order anything for her anymore without a deposit. well guess what the 20,000 grand a year i spent there wont be spent there anymore so rude. not only that they belittle employees infront of customers. what kind of business is this??? not professional!!! there general manager must not be very smart to have these two for managers.... DO NOT SHOP HERE.... DONT SUPPORT THESE RUDE PEOPLE.. I WISH SAM WALDROP OR BERNIE CAME BACK THE BEST MANAGERS I SEEN RUN THIS STORE.... read more
