Everything was great, the guy was nice. Flashforward, I once again have an issue with the sanitation cycle on my dishwasher (caught by the health dept.). I called to schedule an appt for them to come out & fix it. The owner called me back & told me he was not coming out to fix my dishwasher. He was very rude, aggressive & 100% unprofessional. I asked a few questions, stunned & in disbelief that the owner was speaking to me like this, and his attitude & rudeness just got worse. When I told him that I would be speaking to my Superintendent to let her know of his behavior, he told me to tell all my friends! So, friends, that is what I am doing. Do not purchase soap or cleaning products from this company. Do not have them out for repairs of any equipment. Do not support this business & this rude ass man.

There are things here that you can't get anywhere else. Competitive prices on certain products and a little lower or higher on others. You just have to do your due diligence. Shop around! Plan your trips! Again, my first time at this location. The store was clean and the customer service was great. My cashier was a total sweetheart. From time to time, this location is great to buy stuff at, minus the electronics and clothes since they do not have what regular Costco locations include.

Lets start off with Mike D. who harassed me and tried every way he could to write me up. I remember helping Fast Burrito with a loadout and was written up for not stocking dairy when its not my area. Now without a sign for my business for over a month while we work through getting proper electrical to the sign, meanwhile I am getting tons of messages from the public asking why we are out of business. Multiple emails completely ignored. Solutions offered, and then retracted. Still haven't gotten any straight answers or solutions. Plus there is absolutely zero urgency to make things right. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in any industry! So bad that I actually thought I might be on the show Punk'd for a second. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity. I had a contract with CD Services dated 9/19/2018 and paid Anthony Crawford 80%, which was over…read more$20,000! He wrote down that the job would be completed by October 19, 2018. He brought in a large pipe that he left in our restaurant storage for about 5 months but did nothing else. He finally came in and installed it after months of me asking him to do it. He also installed a hood. This was only a small part of the job and nowhere near the $20,000 I have paid him. Since then, I have called, emailed, and texted more times than I can count with no response or a response saying he will be in this week but he never comes. I finally got him to come into the restaurant for a meeting. I brought someone to the meeting with me who knows the laws about contracting. He became so angry that we expected him to have answers and do the work that he got up and walked out and left in his car. This was in April 2019. He has never shown up again to complete the job and delivery the equipment and has not refunded my money even though I asked him to. He also has a key to my business and has never returned it so he has access to my restaurant. He has had my key for 11 months now and will not return despite asking him to. At this point, he has stolen thousands of dollars from me and I will be filing a complaint with the State and with the Attorney General. I will also be filing a report with the police.
