If you're a business owner, you'll understand that Restaurant Depot is your lifeline to having one of the best sources and really amazing prices which allow you to keep your food costs down. They offer everything from fresh produce, to frozen vegetables, fresh seafood and fresh meats, plus all the cleaning products you will need to keep your place spic and span. Obviously they things they carry also include small wares to cooking equipment to POS systems, the list goes on and on. It's great that they're in most small to large metropolitan cities, and will be your life-savor so be sure to visit you home town one. You'll need your EIN and proof of ID to open up an account, but this truly is the greatest cash and carry in the entire US.

Quite frankly that's from the top down every single person that I spoke with was either angry or just plain out rude. If you can't handle working in a busy retail location then maybe you should reconsider your job if I can still come here to shop then you can come here to work. This seems to be the norm for this location. Matthews and Mooresville are much nicer all around.

So here's my review of the Costco Warehouse from Jul 11, 2021.] Fifteen years since I let me Sam's Club membership lapse and I've not rejoined a wholesale club since. But now that we're making our own dog food for our girls, it's time for bulk buying meats and veggies so we're checking out Costco. Yep, they have everything and they have it in massive quantities. Not just food, mind you. Appliances, shoes, tshirts and underwear, computers, televisions, vision and optical, a full-service pharmacy and even a discounted gas station out front. If you're looking for a mecca to capitalism, world trade and just-in-time marketing, this is the spot. The process to sign up took entirely too long because the young lady wanted to talk and we just wanted to shop. But then we had our card and our shopping cart and we're filling it up with a bunch of stuff that we needed, we just didn't know that we needed. Keto pizzas, fresh grapes (not for the dogs!), a massive bag of spinach (yes, this is for the dogs), several bags of frozen veggies and more. Not everything was cheaper than Amazon or ALDI, but lots of things definitely are. You will want to be careful, don't shop hungry, and be aware that just because they sell it, that doesn't mean that it's the cheapest way to get it. We walked out with $330 worth of stuff. About what I expected. Costco gasoline is about 30 cents cheaper than the cheapest station in Charlotte. Now that South Carolina has raised their gas prices and it's no longer worth detouring past Carowinds for a tank of gas, I suspect I'll be back here just for gas. One day on Facebook, an ad popped up for this place and I realized what I thought it was and what it actually was is completely different. This place is a treasure chest. One that you will need ample time and patience for. This business of full of rows of bins of returns from amazon. Depending on the day, determines how much your treasure finds are. No matter what you find this is what You pay for one item: Monday $4 Tuesday $3 Wednesday $2 Thursday $2 Friday $6 Saturday $5 Bring plastic gloves. You'll be digging through bins and items. You'll thank me for this. Some of the items are in boxes and you can't tell what the item looks like. Don't open at the bin. You can bring any item to an opening station, and they will open for you. They restock and replenish on Friday & Saturday - hence the higher price tag. Our best find has been two hydro flask for $3 each. But we've purchased portable chargers, skin care items, collagen peptides, coffee, face masks, blankets, comforters and so much more. All from their bins. They do have a shoe area and other items not located in the bins. Those items are Priced as Marked. If you have some spare time and enjoy a good find, then this place is for you.

I will start by saying the customer service and products have always been phenomenal here, this is what kept me a customer of theirs for so many years. This experience is definitely worth their customers knowing and making their own decisions about how they spend their money. I recently sent my son to TAJ Essentials to purchase the fragrance oil I have bought from this business many times. I told him that I normally pay approximately $50 for my bottle. He relayed that information when making the purchase. When I received the oil, I immediately noticed that the bottle was half the size I normally receive, yet I had still been charged $50. I contacted the business because I initially thought there had simply been a mistake. I was told that their prices had increased. I certainly understand that businesses periodically raise their prices. My concern is not that a price increased--it is the substantial difference between what I was charged and what the business was advertising. I went directly to the TAJ Essentials website to verify the pricing. At the time of my purchase and complaint, their website showed the 16 oz Miss Dior Rose & Roses fragrance oil for $50 and the 8 oz bottle for $35. My receipt, however, shows that I was charged $50 for an 8 oz/240 mL bottle. I provided this information and the screenshots to the business. A manager later contacted me and explained that their prices had increased and that they were in the process of changing the website. What concerned me even more was being told that if I ordered the same product through their website, I could still purchase it at the advertised website price, but because my purchase was made inside the store, the higher in-store price would stand. That explanation makes absolutely no sense to me. If a 16 oz product is publicly advertised by the business for $50, while an 8 oz bottle is advertised for $35, I do not believe a longtime customer should be expected to simply accept being charged $50 for the 8 oz bottle without clear disclosure--particularly after bringing the discrepancy directly to management's attention. I gave TAJ Essentials the opportunity to review and resolve this before leaving a review. Unfortunately, after speaking with both the owner and management, they chose not to correct the matter. I am attaching the photographs, website screenshots, and my receipt so that anyone reading this review can see exactly what I am referring to and make their own determination. After years of patronizing this business, I expected better communication, transparency, and customer service. Price increases happen. Charging a substantially different price from the price your own business is actively advertising--and then telling a customer that the advertised price is available online but not for the purchase they just made in your store--is an entirely different issue. That is why I am disappointed, and why I am leaving this review.
