A great experience, from staff to presentation to the quality of the food. Somewhat difficult to find (at least for Uber), part of a farm outside of Southampton. The experience was excellent, definitely see why it has gotten Michelin's attention. I started with a local English sparkling wine (champagne), the first time I tried a British one but had been meaning to with all the hype, and the Blanc de Blancs was excellent and a great start. The meal was ten courses, but not as overpowering as that sounds. There were many (4) small amuse bouche courses and overall it was the perfect amount of food. What particularly stood out to me was the "cottage pie" and the scallop, though I enjoyed every course. What truly made the meal great was the staff, particularly one server who apparently was the wine expert (not sure if she was officially a sommelier), she gave great advice without being condescending and also regularly checked in.
