All our meals were the same- rice, plantains, and little pockets of veg fried in phyllo dough. The difference was the sauces. I got peanut, my husband got tomato, and our friend got okra. All three were delicious. Tangy, savory and all three very different and flavorful. The plantains were caramelized and the veg pockets were crisp. The hot sauce for the table was also good.
