History
Established in 2010.
Rest Stop Therapy has more than 15 years of experience helping clients with pain, muscular tension, mobility limitations, injury-related concerns, and physical function. Our approach recognizes that every person's body has a unique history of injuries, activities, stresses, and movement patterns that can influence how they feel and function.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all routine, each session is individualized to the person. Our approach has been refined through extensive hands-on experience working with people of different ages, occupations, activity levels, and physical challenges, including athletes, professionals, families, and older adults.
Our philosophy is to look beyond where discomfort is felt, consider the factors that may be contributing to it, and provide thoughtful, individualized care designed to improve comfort, mobility, and function—helping people move and feel better in their daily lives.
Meet the Business Owner: Joseph T.
Joseph has more than 25 years of hands-on experience helping people improve pain, mobility, muscular tension, and physical function. His approach to therapeutic massage has been shaped by extensive experience working with thousands of clients, from active adults and athletes to professionals, families, older adults, and people dealing with long-standing physical concerns.
His work integrates therapeutic massage, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, mobility-focused bodywork, and other approaches based on each person's individual needs.
Joseph's perspective has also been shaped by his own experiences overcoming significant physical injuries and life challenges. These experiences contributed to his belief that effective care begins by looking at the whole person—not simply where discomfort is felt.
His goal is to understand each person's unique needs and provide individualized care designed to help them move, function, and feel better.
