The bath tub looked like it had been caulked by a two year old. The frying pans looked to have been cooked on over a campfire and were warped badly. Front porch feels like it is falling off the cabin. The outside porch severely needed stained and varnished. There was nowhere as group of six could sit and talk without moving furniture from room to room or floor to floor. This rental looked very tired and worn out. More like a $100 a night rental then $400 a night. On the upside the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were as well with the exception of the poor job of caulking. This place is magical!…read more I love the hot tub is so relaxing and the view is breath taking. The entertainment set up downstairs is great to watch movies it can accommodate 6-8 people. The game room upstairs has something for everyone, pool, video games, darts, air hockey, etc. The rooms are nice and spacious and the beds are very comfortable, 6 couples can sleep with no issues!. They have a basketball court outside as well as a wood or charcoal grill, and an area set up for a fire pit.

They give you a sheet and a shabby tan blanket with some kind of decorative (I use decorative loosely) cover to hide the shabby, rough blanket beneath. There is a hairdryer in the room, a small refrigerator that was almost cool enough. There was little shower pressure. There is no breakfast of any sort. There was a small outdoor pool, but I didn't use it. There are no views of anything and the location is not good for shopping or activities in walking distance. The room was clean enough, but smelled like smoke. I won't be back. I've stayed in Pigeon Forge a few times and this place is just not where I want to spend my time or money.

No ice machine on 2nd floor and no continental breakfast. Did not use swimming pool and it was small which looked like it wasn't kept up. Definitely not a place for children. Chairs outside room so people could smoke but came into our room. We weren't in the room much but the ceiling needed repair and the ceiling molding at door was missing. Will not stay at Conner Hill Motor Lodge again.

The first thing to note is that this hotel is one of two and they are located directly across the road from one another. We opted for a ground floor room. It allowed easy access to a patio and that was great with a toddler. The pool was excellent. We spent the entire 4th there. The one issue we had with the pool was the setup of the food cabana. They offered a decent selection however they were only able to make one hot food item at a time. One of the items that they offered was pizza. It took 15 to 20 minutes per pizza. If you had multiple people in your group wanting pizza, they were not going to be out at the same time. That being said, the portions were generous and since we were there all day we were fine with the rolling out schedule but if you're ordering for a bunch of kids that can be a big issue. The pool was clean and everyone was respectful of the other patrons. We loved the little river that they had. It was nice to be able to walk it with my toddler. They provide tubes for it. The rooms were comfortable and there were a ton of food places nearby. We didn't utilize their breakfast options and frequently got food elsewhere. My daughter's favorite was dunkin (because who doesn't want to start the day with pure sugar). All in all, we would probably stay there again. It was quiet. Things went smoothly and the front desk was responsive. The hotel is not very fancy but meets all the basics.

Terrible customer service! I was hurt at the pool and had to check out 2 days early. 8 days later…read morestill waiting on a manager to contact me! They refused to give me a receipt said I had to talk to a manager! Every time you call they give a different excuse why a manager isn't available to speak to you. They will not even give you the managers name. Today the excuse was the manager was in an interview. When I asked their name the person on the phone said she didn't know! Really!!! Room A/c made loud noises just kept coming on and off. Your view of the mountains was looking across the pool area at the Convention center. If you had the right room you could see the mountains tops. Breakfast was really disappointing for a high end hotel. Crappy eggs, sausage, runny oatmeal, bowl of yogurt with mixed mushy fruit next to it. You could make a waffle if the machine worked. Same breakfast every day. Paper plates and cheap plastic utensils. Rooms needed to be cleaned better. Lots of dust. You can only have your room refreshed every 3 days or there is an extra charge. Had to exchange the towels yourself and empty your trash! Did not expect this from this type of hotel. Do yourself a favor stay at a name brand hotel!

There are plenty of seats in the waiting area and cafe, and there are a few outlets around, just in case you need to charge your phone while waiting. The coke and snack machines were much appreciated! The only complaint I have about this place is that it is not open 24 hours. It closes about 11 PM, and there are few seats and covered areas outside. Those stuck waiting for a bus late at night will be standing outside in the heat, cold, rain, etc. with no restroom access. Otherwise, this is a fine location for your travel needs!
