Went into bathroom and saw toilet had not been cleaned. I called front desk and was told n one there to correct the issues. I was offered the opportunity to come and get new linens and stuff to do changing and cleaning myself. The next morning I called the front desk and ask for late checkout. I at the time was a gold member but Diamond now. As a perk late checkout is allowed. At 11AM a knock on the door and I told I was late checkout. At 11:25AM was told either I vacate the room by 12:00 or I will be charged for another night. Unreal, I filed a complaint with Hilton and so far received no nothing. I advise avoid this place if you expect quality services and respect.

Our room was CLEARLY a smoking room, and every aspect of the room was dirty. This hotel was a colossal health hazard in every way. The "non-smoking" room we received smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on the bed spread, burns on the bathroom counter and tub. The room did include an ironing board. But no iron. I called to speak with the manager/owner. My expectation was, we could come to some sort of compromise on the bill. She was quick to provide a verbal apology. Beyond that, all she had was poor excuses as to why all of these issue occurred. And that they where out of her control. She made it very clear, they do not have to follow the same rules for advertising and services that most chains do. She also said there was "nothing she could do". It's always disappointed when the person in charge, uses this phrase. If you are the owner/manager, there is always something you can do. You are choosing not to make it right.
