While the store happened to be out of stock on the bigger size, his recommendation was spot-on, and the two smaller bags we purchased worked perfectly for what we needed. He also took the time to ask if I had the puppy guide, which showed he was thinking ahead and making sure I had all the right resources. On top of that, the checkout staff was efficient and genuinely friendly--they got us through the line quickly without sacrificing good service. We were also able to take advantage of the promotion running through 4/22 again, which resets daily, and everything went smoothly. Between Todd's attentiveness and the strong team at checkout, this was another excellent visit. It's clear there's good leadership in this store, and it shows in the overall customer experience.

When I got home he had not improved and I brought him to the vet. Unfortunately, his cancer had spread and I had to say goodbye. This had nothing to do with the care VPS gave Archer.
