The staffs I've met so far had been professional and very helpful with my needs. After a few tastings, it turns out that I have a severe sleep apnea and is required to sleep with a CPAP machine, and recently after doing a sleep study at UBC hospital, this clinic had set up to a separate oxygen machine to the CPAP machine. At first, it was kind of alarming, but shortly after using it, the was actually really easy to use, seeing as the devices are very non evasive. The result so far is that I do actually feel a bit better physically, and my pulse/heart rate and blood pressure seems to be improving since I started using these machines back in the middle or end of April. I'm still going to be meeting with them for a while, but so far tho, I've been happy with the current results.

This ignorant clown reported me to the licensing bureau because I asked for an adjustment on my CPAP machine. That's all I asked for and he reported me! Consequently I had to prove to the licensing bureau by means of a medical exam that I'm fit to drive. He did not inform me that he intended to report me which is unlawful. My GP was baffled as I am in excellent health and certainly not a candidate to be reported. He asked me who I pissed off and my present CPAP provider asked me if I was divorced and If my 'ex wife' was trying to get even with me because apparently that's what usually happens when the licensing bureau is informed. According to both of these health providers, this person was negligent in this action. If you have the misfortune of seeing him, you will find his bedside manners to be rude and arrogant. Go to someone that cares about your health rather than someone who is miserable and has some chip on his shoulder that he must bestow such disgrace upon the very people that afford him a living.

Kudos to the designers - this unit has been extremely well thought out! . It's a far more comfortable frame than the P10 (I'm a side sleeper) and the nose piece has almost nothing rigid in it, making it more very comfortable. The noise level is not only much less than the P10, but there's almost no discernible air outflow which is quieter as well as more comfortable for my partner. Rochelle has been outstanding, coming to my home in the evening (due to my crazy schedule) and very supportive. Both my daughter and I are happy clients!!
