Easy COVID friendly intake test and decent enough on-site protocols to keep patients moving through the waiting area to ease congestion with patients coming and going. As for specific COVID procedures, all physio therapists that I witnessed showed a great attention to detail, making sure all surfaces were cleaned, all weights properly sanitized and that everything was as safe as possible for the patients. As for my individual experience with my physio therapist Brendan, he was great: Super nice guy, very personable. He was extremely accommodating, even offering to do my physio outside on a day when I had a sick dog that I couldn't leave unattended. He did a great job in identifying the best treatment for my injury, as well as teaching me the necessary exercises to do at home. I'm extremely happy with the amount of mobility gained after my sessions and am very pleased with the overall experience.
