The Reception staff were not particularly pleasant or welcoming and I received 8 email notifications of my appt with intake forms over 3 days! How annoying!! The massage was ok; no relaxing music or other touches to make it more pleasant. It felt very clinical to me and lacked in aesthetic appeal.
