She was bouncing around the office asking questions to his assistant while Dr. Chen was discussing treatment options with me. Some places aren't well equipped for situations like that where the parent would have to be chasing the kid around instead of being present with the doctor while planning out the care plan. I greatly appreciated their approach! I feel confident in the treatment plan we decided on and feel at ease knowing he will be caring for my little lady :)

Over the years some small cavities but they have been dealt with very effectively and with no pain. It isn't the cheapest option for dentist but I am reluctant to change because of the level of service they provide. When I was there I saw a Mom with her baby in a carrier bring her older son who was severely autistic, the staff handled it so gently and with great understanding, they must be receiving special training or are just naturally awesome.

My mom likes that the staff are always friendly, we never have to wait to long to be seen and that the office is always clean and organized. The tv's are fun to watch and so is picking from the Treasure Chest after my appointments.

My daughter was able to go through an entire checkup, cleaning and even x-rays in her first visit. From the moment we entered the clinic, everything was relaxed and easy. Our hygienist Katelyn was so patient, positive and encouraging. She explained everything to my daughter and made her (and me) feel so at ease. Staff at front desk seem very friendly. This was a first time visit for my child and he can be shy and not great in medical settings. The assistant greeted us at the front and we were able to bring toys to the back. They like to take pics and weigh patients but my son wasn't into it so they weren't pushy. They spend time talking about dental habits and had lots of toys and stuffed animals to pretend to clean teeth. There's a TV and lots of books and toys. Definitely very patient staff! Dr. Ella Choi comes in at the end and is super friendly. We as parents assisted with the check up for assessing the mouth. It was quick enough that it didn't seem traumatic for my son. At the end, kids get to go to the toy chest for a treasure. It seemed like a positive enough experience that we booked for a follow up check up in 6 months time for my toddler.

The dental hygienists are great (I see Kelly and Carrie). The office is friendly, usually on time, and they are diligent in trying to keep your costs to a minimum if you do not have insurance. There is a new receptionist there and she is very nice as well. The only thing that they do not have, that the Dentist had that I went to in Whiterock, is a TV on the ceiling.
