Even buying credits is frustrating; the kiosks only highlight rigid options like $10 for 80 credits instead of displaying a full, transparent price list so families can budget effectively. Management should introduce half-price Wednesdays and a summer season pass to provide better value. The best part is definitely the workers--they are incredibly kind and accommodating to guests with vision loss. However, placing the best prizes, like the big colorful balls, exclusively inside visual claw machines excludes blind students. They waste money on games they can't equitably play. Thanks to the staff's sided help, I was able to get one, but these items should be redeemable via tickets at the counter so everyone has a fair shot. The great staff deserves a venue with a fairer, more accessible pricing model.

I didn't get the sense that there was any deep cleaning anywhere in that facility. They only have snacks and fluids which are way overpriced. They were understaffed. We visited Funtastic this weekend and had an amazing time. Maybe the owner should visit and see what a clean and safe indoor play area can look like. THIS WAS OUR 1st and last time.

I can literally buy that for you at Walmart or Dollar Tree. Don't get me wrong, I like this place. As a nerdy/dorky mom, my favorite game is the Batman video game. I often think about going during my lunch break so I can play all the levels by myself and eat pizza that could be classified as cardboard once it reaches room temperature. But I also try to avoid it. They have a lunch special from 11-3pm And of course Chuck E will make it rain on the kids every 45mins. If there aren't that many people in there, you feel relatively safe letting your kid wonder around by themselves, while you keep an eye on them from one of the many seating booths. All bets are off if it's Saturday. Every kid for themselves. Protect your own!
