Regarding a matter of public concern a couple of years ago a hypocritical Hispanic gay male nurse (I believe his name is JP) who works/worked at Resource Center Nelson-Tebedo Clinic and his skulking tall gay white boyfriend who graduated from Frisco High School cyber-stalked and sexually harassed me in the Dallas, Texas and Austin, Texas area. They both held malicious grudges against me and claimed that I was under federal surveillance, on a federal watch-list, and they had a link to an online federal dossier with instructions to abusively play good cop bad cop with me and to report my distressed reactions to it. They wrongfully passed the illegal link around in the Dallas community including the Resource Center and at a Dallas nightclub called The Lizard Lounge causing me to be harassed, profiled, interrogated, framed, entrapped, and blacklisted which is a conspiracy against rights U.S. Code §241 and deprivation of rights under color of law Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. They and a corrupt federal ATF authority figure continued to incite a defamatory smear campaign against me which lowered me in the estimation of the community and caused a domino effect of profiling, sexual harassment, abuse, discrimination, bigotry, false accusations, entrapment, mobbings, and blacklisting. They turned many people against me by reporting vulgar disinformation and mischaracterizations about my private life to others and to the online dossier which was an egregious invasion of privacy and entrapment. What they did damaged my reputation, livelihood and caused me long-term mental anguish. I was wrongfully treated like a terrorist in the community because of what they did. Their conspiratorial abuse of power has also interfered with my ability to work jobs. What they did to me is cruel and unusual punishment which is a violation of the 8th amendment. The Hispanic gay male nurse who cyber-stalked me and perpetuated the smear campaign against me wants to become a doctor which is absolutely hypocritical and abhorrent.
Unfortunately, I was the target of an unconstitutional federal sting operation (deprivation of rights under color of law Section 242 of Title 18, 42 U.S. Code, Section 1983 and entrapment). I am innocent and I have no convictions yet I was wrongfully targeted by psychopaths in the community who abused their power. The Supreme Court of The United States has set precedent against censorship, unconstitutional federal sting operations known as entrapment, using cyber-stalking to collect tainted evidence, and discrimination: New York Times Co. v. United States, 403 U.S. 713 (1971). Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). Sorrells v. United States, 287 U.S. 435 (1932). United States v. United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, 407 U.S. 297 (1972). Katz v. United States, 389 U.S. 347 (1967). Silverman v. United States, 365 U.S. 505 (1961). Nardone v. United States, 308 U.S. 338 (1939). Mapp v. Ohio, 367 U.S. 643 (1961). Chambers v. Florida, 309 U.S. 227 (1940). Elkins v. United States, 364 U.S. 206 (1960). United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683 (1974). Heart of Atlanta Motel, Inc. v. United States, 379 U.S. 241 (1964).
Elhady v. Kable 2019 United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia ruled that the federal government's watchlist which includes known or suspected terrorists violates the constitutional rights of American citizens included on it.
The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The Eighth Amendment (Amendment VIII) of the United States Constitution prohibits the federal, state, and local governments of the United States, or any other government, or any corporation, private enterprise, group, or individual, from imposing excessive bail, excessive fines, or cruel and unusual punishments, in any part of the US, on US property (i.e. a US embassy), or against any US citizen, or any resident of the US.
