Not to mention professional, courteous, helpful. When I had a guest come a few weeks ago, evidently they brought some secret travelers along. We found the bugs only 3 days ago, but have been in a panic since then. Justin found the main area of infestation, and went through everything to resolve the issue. He explained his every action, and gave me clear instructions for follow up and preventative measures. His confidence that we have likely rid ourselves of the problem gives me great comfort, and I'll finally be able to sleep. While I hope to never see him again (for obvious reasons lol), I can promise he and Bug Free will be the first call I make if I ever see another bug again. As embarrassing as it is to admit bed bugs, and while I'm fully aware they were no fault of my own, I will shout praises for Bug Free, and their AWESOME representative!!! You guys have earned my loyalty!!!!
