After 14 months I met with the rep. and was not only treated rudely but told I needed to have monthly service. After 14 months and doing everything they told us to do, like bagging our lawn clippings and extending our irrigation, this was too much to digest. I asked them to do their treatment for today and I would find someone else. They instructed the tech to do nothing and they all left. Knowing what a great job they do for my in-laws I was very disappointed and appalled by the way they talked to me. I wonder if they talked to men the same way?!

I started off with some of those little brown widows! They were in my barbecue that came from San Antonio and no more since. I have utilize them over the years for my lawn control and most recently for flea control. Richard, who normally does my pest control, also did my flea control. Richard told me, "that I didn't have a problem with fleas." This meant I only needed the initial two treatments. No bilking from this company! Honest and no pressure tactics. I call them if we see anything like a silverfish bug in the house and they will arrive and take of any bugs. I served 32 active military years and I'm retired on a budget! I highly recommend this pest control company! Military veterans trust me and tell them the Sergeant Major gives his word on this company!

They were so intent on making their $100 without a modicum of due diligence to at least probe to see what could potentially be damaged. The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive. Oh, and let's not forget that they charge $14+ to use a credit card. Never again will I do business with this company.
