Signing a waiver to absolve this business of any damages made them believe they had carte blanc to…read morecause over $300 in damages to my irrigation system. They were so intent on making their $100 without a modicum of due diligence to at least probe to see what could potentially be damaged. The owner told me that they are very careful to make sure there look before they proceed and are supposed to call him if they suspect any possible damage before they do any work. They failed miserably. I asked them to come back out and clean the mess they left on the wall of my home. They agreed to clean up the mess although it was a harbinger of things to come. I asked them for a quote to trim a couple of palms before I realized the extent of the damage they did and noted that their quote was excessive. Oh, and let's not forget that they charge $14+ to use a credit card. Never again will I do business with this company.

Our HOA hired Any Town to remove invasive plants and vines that are choking out our trees. They…read morefailed to complete the job as the scope of work directed. They missed many invasive plants and had to return to remove them. They removed about three quarters of the vines but refused to remove the rest. Their excuse is they couldn't get the job finished the first day so they did what they could. It would take them about an hour to finish up but refused to do so. The owner Barry came on site one day and started screaming & swearing at another tree vendor we had hired to remove a large tree. He was abusive & unprofessional. Do NOT hire Any Town Tree!
