This is a Whole Roof & Gutter Review. Competitive bid, excellent craftsmen, fixed everything needing a little tweak, supervisor spoke English, responsive. Roof Job took too long but it was due to (1) ordering the wrong color drip edges, (2) acquisition by parent (Apple Roofing) was executed after 1/1/24 but permits were issued prior so they had to get re-licensed and re-permitted with the County, which created a delay they should have planned better for. The gutter job was quick and easy. Took one day and a half. Overall....Very pleased with the finished project - Roof & Gutters. Would recommend both services without reservation. read more

They are incredibly prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They installed the roof for the prior owner of the house but have readily responded to me -- so their service extends beyond. Steve Olson did a good job directing us what we needed to do to get a new roof. The takeoff and the applying the new roof went very well and efficiently. They screwed the tiles down which was much quieter and secure. We also had new gutters installed and I would recommend Kevin Scott and the girl at the office who works for Keven . They really know what customers service is and work beyond the call of duty . We were on a deadline because our insurance was running out. read more

I requested a quote for a shingle roof on Aug 06,2024 for a 28 squares house and Felipe sent me an estimate of $21K plus. Few estimates were around $10K but this apple roofing company is a joke. read more

We hired Saint Raphael Roofing to replace a roof, roofing tiles, and gutters severely damaged by Hurricane Ian in September 2023. Contract negotiations between us and Saint Raphael's Fernando Lugones were very pleasant and the project began with the removal of all tiles and gutters, and the removal and replacement of underlayment from our roof. The procedures were conducted professionally and quickly by the Saint Raphael team. Upon arrival of the tiles, the Saint Raphael tile team installed all tiles in a very neat and professional manner. Subsequent to that, the Saint Raphael team installed new gutters quickly and very neatly. We are very impressed in the way Saint Raphael organized the work required, how well it was done, and we have never seen a work site kept in such neat condition throughout the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone requiring the services they can provide. read more

They have no respect for adjacent properties, they have 5 trucks plus equipment blocking the roadway and driving on neighbors property. Turned one of they're vehicles around on my well manicured lawn leaving ruts. If that's how they treat neighbors, imagine the thoughtfulness doing your roof, never mind quality. I called and explained what had happen. They were speechless. The driver could have gone around the block but he must be lazy. It's okay, just imagine cutting corners on your roof. read more

I would highly recommend St. Raphael Roofing!! We had roof damage due to hurricane Irma. We had 2 roofers come to our home to evaluate. Rodrigo, with St. Raphael Roofing, was one of them. Rodrigo was very professional, fact based and educated us of our roof issues so we were more knowledgeable when speaking to our insurance company and getting roofing quote's. St Raphael also had very competitive pricing. Our roof just completed and could not be more pleased with St. Raphael Roofing process. The crew had to remove our existing tiles, we never found a nail in the yard and each day left the property clean. The roof is now complete and looks great. They reroofed our home in 2018 with a few blips along the way (leaking when it shouldn't happen). Recently we had some work done on our courtyard roof and the workers discovered straps and other material in the gutters. This was just two small gutters, I wonder if they would like to come back and clean out the rest of the debris from the other ones. Not quality work in my mind. read more

This is probably the worst customer service company I have ever seen. Too many problems to list. Takes no responsibility for any damage they do to your house while putting on a new roof. Roof tile were cracking while their own men were walking on the roof on last day. Told by Steve the supervisor that maybe the tile were not in the oven long enough and they are brittle. Really???? Damaged landscape lighting, lights mounted next to the garage and worst of all ruined our paver driveway. I was told "read the contract, we are not responsible for any damage we cause". Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Three times I asked for Jorge the owner to come to my house and work this out. He never even bothered to call. Find someone else. read more

Saint Raphael roofing installed Boral roof tile on my new house. The job went perfect from time of ordering the tile to installing the membrane to installing the tile. Everything they said they were going to do they did. On time and price. They also did a great job of installing gutters for me. Also on time. I had them do two metal roof jobs for me. First was my whole house. The second was a smaller shed with a steep roof pitch. I know that they have great skill with metal, hence why I hired them a second time. BUT, BEWARE! On the first job when I left for lunch, they stopped stripping the roof and felted right over the base they were contracted to remove. I had to actually get on the roof to demonstrate that even I could remove the base, and wasn't accepting the fact it couldn't be done. Second job, well the craftsmanship experienced the first time was no longer there. Had to return three times to get it right. Still isn't right, and was told it was due to my steep 12/12 roof pitch (the reason I hired professionals instead of doing it myself). If I hadn't got mad during the install of the peel and stick, they completely skipped back nailing. Don't be fooled by pictures, they shot a few nails for the camera, but a trip up the ladder again proved they weren't doing the job as contracted. *sighs* Welcome to Florida. read more

We hired this company to do our tile roof. They were extremely professional and reasonable. They came out and took off the old roof and replaced the underlayment in one day. Then it was inspected and passed. Tiles were then delivered. They came back and placed all the tiles. Once again the inspector came out and it passed. Third time out they did the ridge caps and we were complete. Final inspection passed. This company exceeded my expectations. If you are in need of a roof look no further. This company is by far the best. Several neighbors came up to us and complimented the roof and the expedient process in replacing the entire roof. We were extremely happy with the salesman, the workers, the supervisor and most of all our new roof. read more

Exceptional and professional service. Saint Raphael came highly recommended by a reputable real estate agent and I couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. All work was done while I was in Ohio and when I arrived back in Ft Myers I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only was the roof perfectly repaired, but the interior ceiling was expertly patched and painted as well. In May of 2015, my wife and I contracted with Saint Raphael roofing to replace our shingle roof. The price was very fair. The salesman very professional. Very knowledgeable and informative after the contract was signed. The tear-off crews showed up the first day and had the roof completely torn off, the plywood replaced, the new membrane put down, and have it ready for inspection. The inspector showed up the next day. He signed off the dry in. The shingle crew was waiting for the inspector to finish and immediately started laying down shingle. They completed the job by noon the next day. It included the installation of two solarfans. The building inspector showed up and I asked you if I had any reason to be concerned using this company and he told me that I was in good hands. I would certainly agree and I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a good shingle roofing contractor. read more
