Aluminum Concepts came with a recommendation from the aluminum and screen supplier, who I know personally. That says a lot. He lived up to the recommendation, showing up on time, getting the job done exactly on schedule, and going above and beyond to repair some small issues not addressed in our contract. I asked about ways to reduce my gutter maintenance, and Sherman recommended gutter guards, which work remarkably well so far - I knew about these, but was hesitant to install them, but now that I see them installed professionally, I get it. They also showed up with all the right ladders and tools. They even had some custom built tools specific to the trade that made the job easier. It's clear that they know what they are doing. I am a trade contractor myself, so I know good workmanship, and I know the challenges that contractors have. Sherman handled everything professionally and gave me confidence to trust his judgment. I'm glad I chose the superscreen, despite the added cost. I don't think I would have made the investment if I didn't hire someone who I thought would back the product. Now that I know they do a whole array of aluminum gutter and soffit work, I'll definitely be calling again when the time comes for further service and installation work.
