Van Voss came to the aid of my home, my mom's home and my sister's family's home after Hurricane Ian hit. In fact, my mom's roof had just been completed 3 weeks prior to the storm and needed to be redone a second time. Van made sure we were taken care of. I recently had my roof, along with 40 plus neighbor's , roofs replaced by Allstate Construction and Roofing due to a hail storm we had in April 2022. I found their staff in the office, in the field and crews on the job site to be helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They used high quality materials and were detailed and conscientious to get the job done quickly and correct. There were other roofers replacing roofs at the same time and although some were cheaper, they used cheaper materials and did not replace, seal or finish the job anywhere near as good as Allstate Construction and Roofing I would highly recommend them to everyone. We used them for Hurricane Damage and they were really great to work with. They moved very quickly to replace our roof and once they discovered we had mold damage they moved quickly with a firm to treat it and rid us of it. Chanel was really great to work with as well. Very professional organization. They dealt with the insurance company directly on our behalf. They really covered all the details and helped us through a trying aspect of the Hurricane damage. Allstate replaced our shingle roof with a metal roof after hurricane Irma. The roof is in great shape and the workmanship seems to be fine. A couple of sheets of plywood were rotten and needed to be replaced but Allstate told us this in advance and there was a minimal fee to replace these so everything worked out fine. read more
